Testimonials

Our client stories, interviewed by Paul Hanley

“In the days following our sessions I’ve felt quite a weight off me and feel it’s (the issue) better resolved within myself. I have a lot more control now and the self-respect to communicate clearly what I want to say. I’ve been able to acknowledge my anger and frustration and voice and say the things that I needed to so I could release and move past them. In short, I feel so good about having closed that ‘file’. Thanks again for giving me the tools to help me move past the things that life brings up.”

- Roger, Musician, Poet, Performer

“The main negative behaviour that I was expressing before we started our sessions is still under control and it’s been a few months now since I’ve experienced that. The need to do it sometimes comes but not with the same intensity as before and thankfully it stays as a thought and not an action. I can recognise this progress in me more than anything else as I feel that even when my mood is low, I don’t feel in danger of returning to that coping mechanism.

My anxiety levels are low, and I can definitely link my low moods to a lack of physical activity and self-care due to working too much so I feel like it’s within my grasp to change that.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction and helping me to reflect in a different way, it’s been an incredible help.”

- Colin, Business owner
